Our program emphasizes the basics of common law and legislation, analytical skills, legal writing, and oral advocacy. By focusing on the fundamentals, we ensure our graduates are prepared for any line of work and can tackle any challenge.
The University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law is the second oldest university-based common law Faculty in the Commonwealth. It is located in New Brunswick's capital city, Fredericton, and is one of two law schools located in the province, the other being the French-language Faculty at l'Université de Moncton.

28 de jun. de 2024 · We are thrilled to announce that the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law and the Faculté de droit of the Université de Moncton have partnered to introduce the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP), a week-long academic program designed exclusively for practicing lawyers.
