John Marcellus Huston (født 5. august 1906 i Nevada i Missouri, død 28. august 1987 i Middletown i Rhode Island) var en irsk-amerikansk filmregissør og skuespiller. John Huston vant i 1948 Oscar for beste regi og beste filmatisering med filmen Sierra Madres skatt, (Treasure of the Sierra Madre).
