Cosima Francesca Gaetana Wagner (25 Aralık 1837 - 1 Nisan 1930), Alman virtüöz, piyanist ve besteci Franz Liszt'in kızıdır. Alman besteci Richard Wagner'in ikinci karısı olarak ün salmıştır. Franz Liszt'in metresi Marie d'Agoult'tan, Bellagio, İtalya'da evlilik dışı bir çocuk olarak doğdu.
