There's One in Every Crowd is the third solo studio album by Eric Clapton. Recorded shortly after 461 Ocean Boulevard, the album features a style similar to its predecessor but did not enjoy similar commercial success.

If you enjoyed the last few Clapton studio records (and most people did), There’s One In Every Crowd is one to add to your collection.

Recorded in the months following the release of the mega successful 461 OCEAN BOULEVARD, THERE’S ONE IN EVERY CROWD was released in early 1975. It is a pleasant and unpretentious album which fails to challenge Eric Clapton and fails to excite the listener.

Due to his superb body of work recorded with John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers and the psychedelic power trio Cream, by the beginning of the 70s Eric Clapton was considered one of the world’s best guitarists. Fans had nicknamed him “God”. Huge acclaim indeed.
