Dear 23 is the second album by Seattle alternative rock/grunge/power pop band The Posies. The album was rereleased by Omnivore Recordings in 2018. The first single was "Golden Blunders," which was later covered by Ringo Starr. "Apology" appears on Children of Nuggets: Original Artyfacts from the Second Psychedelic Era, 1976–1995.

A surreal semi-malicious overtone to it. An older generation’s indignant attitude toward a younger generation. Someone who lives in the past and uses that boast against people in the present. She’s held a lot of stuff inside and never released it.

18 de may. de 2021 · Adding in Drummer Mike Musburger and bassist Arthur Roberts, this is the Posies as a full band for the first time and it shows. Jon and Ken were already a true talent, but adding musicians to the band allowed them to go deeper into their music creating some of my favorite songs from their catalogue.
