Pfahler still resides in San Francisco, where he continues to run Lost Weekend Video and reissue Jawbreaker material through Blackball Records; in 2010 he released a remastered version of Unfun, and plans to remaster and re-release Bivouac and 24 Hour Revenge Therapy over the next few years.
5 de jul. de 2007 · Sir Timothy (Tim Corwin) played the drums with Dale Powers on lead guitar, Doug Grassel on rhythm guitar, Jim Pfahler on keyboards and Kastran on bass. They hailed from Mansfield and got popular by entering "battle of the bands" competitions.
The initial line-up included Joey Levine on vocals, Dale Powers on guitar, Doug Grassel on second guitar, Jim Pfahler on keyboards, Dean Kastran on bass and Tim Corwin on drums. Under the aegis of producers Jerry Kasenetz and Jeff Katz , Ohio Express surfaced repeatedly on the late-'60s pop charts.
Two of the original touring group members have died: keyboardist/vocalist/songwriter Jim Pfahler died on March 10, 2003, at age 54, and rhythm guitarist Doug Grassel died of lung fibrosis on September 21, 2013, at age 64.
