Bad-tempered and recently widowed, 80-year-old Grandma tries her luck at a casino in New York's Chinatown after receiving an auspicious prophecy from a local fortune-teller. Her conspicuous winning streak attracts unwanted attention from local gangsters, prompting her to hire a personal bodyguard.
