Werner Janssen (Nueva York, 1 de julio de 1899-ídem, 19 de septiembre de 1990) fue un compositor para música de películas y director de orquesta estadounidense, especialmente recordado por haber sido el director de la Orquesta Sinfónica de Baltimore entre 1937 y 1939.
