Bekzat Seilkhanovich Sattarkhanov (Kazakh: Бекзат Сеилханович Саттарханов; 4 April 1980 – 31 December 2000) was a Kazakh boxer who competed in the men's featherweight division (57 kg) at the 2000 Summer Olympics and won the gold medal.

28 de ago. de 2004 · A champion in Sydney at just 20 years old, Bekzat Sattarkhanov of Kazakhstan appeared likely to be one of the stars of amateur boxing for much of the next decade. Tragically he was dead within three months of his Olympic triumph as a victim of a New Year’s Eve car crash in his native country.

The men's featherweight boxing competition at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney was held from 18 September to 1 October at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. Bekzat Sattarkhanov of Kazakhstan claimed the featherweight title. Three months later, he was killed in a car accident.
