Mohammad Ajmal Khan (11 February 1868 – 29 December 1927), better known as Hakim Ajmal Khan, was a physician in Delhi, India, and one of the founders of the Jamia Millia Islamia university in Delhi, India.

Hakim Ajmal Khan was a renowned Unani physician, a nationalist and a freedom fighter who established Tibbia College and Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi. He also played a key role in the Khilafat movement and was elected the President of Indian National Congress, Muslim League and All India Khilafat Committee.
