Surf's Up is the 17th studio album by American rock band the Beach Boys, released on August 30, 1971 on Brother/Reprise. It received largely favorable reviews and reached number 29 on the U.S. record charts, becoming their highest-charting LP of new music in the U.S. since 1967.

Surf's Up es el decimoséptimo álbum de estudio por The Beach Boys, fue lanzado el 30 de agosto de 1971. El título viene de la canción "Surf's Up" escrita por Brian Wilson y Van Dyke Parks, del álbum inédito SMiLE, de 1967.

Surf's Up is a series of eclectic moments that reaches transcendence in the final songs, where three of Brian Wilson's finest spread their harmonies around. The title track had been kicking around since the Smile sessions and is the album's most ambitious—and successful—moment.
