Centennial Park is located at the northwest corner of Toronto. It is home to Centennial Park Conservatory and the Centennial Park Pan Am BMX Centre. It also has a number of playgrounds, sport fields and other facilities. Centennial was opened in 1967 to celebrate Canada's 100th birthday.
Centennial Park is a large municipal park with many sports facilities, maintained by the Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division of the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
With its meticulously curated collection of tropical and unusual cacti, the conservatory showcases over 200 different types of plants and flowers throughout three greenhouses. Once part of a dairy farm, Centennial Park-Etobicoke offers activities for families, the community and tourists alike.

The Centennial Park Conservatory complex was designed and constructed in 1969 and was formally opened by Etobicoke Mayor Horton on March 21, 1970. It consisted of a large tropical house and two smaller wing houses originally used for plant production.
It's saturated with green spaces and conservatories, making it a premier destination for outdoor sports, hiking, and nature walks. Its abundance of parkland and lakes makes it a typical spot for fishing, picnicking, and camping out, especially in warmer months.
Features 12,000 sq. ft. of interesting plant collections in three glass houses. Six Seasonal Flower Shows. Free admission and parking. Open daily 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
