Roger Meddows Taylor OBE (born 26 July 1949) is an English musician, songwriter and record producer. He achieved international fame as the drummer and backing vocalist for the rock band Queen.
Con el rock n’roll corriendo por sus venas desde sus años como estudiante, se destacó siempre por ser un miembro de Queen altamente activo y expresivo. Compuso los famosos hits de Queen "Radio Ga Ga" y "A Kind Of Magic", y también fue el primer miembro de la banda en publicar un álbum solista: Fun In Space, en 1981.
