A good role model acts as an example and can influence young people to lead meaningful and positive lives. They illustrate to young people how to live with compassion, integrity and determination. They are confident in their abilities and their achievements but are always striving to grow and develop to become the best version of themselves.
9 de feb. de 2023 · Self-evaluations allow employees to communicate their accomplishments, goals, and concerns to their managers. This helps to establish open and honest lines of communication, which can improve the team's overall performance.
Some of the women we spoke to were more at ease with this notion than others. At their best, role models provide evidence of what can be achieved, for example as a mother returning to work, a mature student, a woman in science or coming from a working-class background.
