Uatu, also known as the Watcher, is a fifth dimensional being who observed the Multiverse from the Nexus of All Realities. Along with his fellow race, The Watcher abided by an oath that prohibits him from interfering with events occurring within the realities he observes.
Uatu (/ ˈ w ɑː t uː /), often simply known as the Watcher, is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, he first appeared in The Fantastic Four #13 (April 1963).
