Queenie and Hubie's romance hits a bad patch when he seems to be falling for a blonde starlet he met at the beach. Mistakenly thinking Queenie's lost interest in him, he takes the blonde out. Queenie thinks if he gets jealous, he'll return, so ex-heavyweight champ Max Baer is recruited to play her new beau.
