We booked return tickets for a day trip from Sorrento to Positano. The dock got very crowded with people waiting for the various ferries and boats that take tourists to spots on the Amalfi coast. Our ferry was fairly full on the ride to Positano, with most seats filled. Our original tickets were for a late afternoon return to Sorrento.
