Franky (フランキー, Furankī?), cuyo verdadero nombre es Cutty Flam (カティ・フラム, Kati Furamu), es un personaje ficticio del manga One Piece. Franky es un cíborg (mitad androide, mitad humano).
Franky nació en algún lugar del South Blue y fue abandonado hace 26 años por sus padres en la ciudad Water 7, donde se quedó con Tom el carpintero e Iceburg, aprendiz de Tom. Ambos trabajaban para la Tom's Workers, un taller de carpintería, bajo la tutela de Tom: el legendario carpintero de Water 7 e inventor del Puffing Tom.

Franky is a 34 year old cyborg who is the shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates and their third most recently recruited member. He first appeared in the Water 7 arc. Franky is one of "Tom's Workers", with the original name "Cutty Flam."
