This Backrooms level is based on a photo of a real place, which just happens to be the Holiday Inn hotel at Terminal 4, London Heathrow airport! This odd shaped, enclosed courtyard with the claustrophobic roof, flanked on all sides by window, has become infamously known as Level 188 of The Backrooms!
Where was this pic taken I want to go there. Looks like it was taken in a hotel, could possibly be edited too... not much luck trying to find this one. It is a Holiday Inn express hotel outside Heathrow airport in London. Apparently it looks a lot different now though.
