Alla Alexandrovna Kazanskaya (Russian: Алла Александровна Казанская; 15 June 1920 – 25 June 2008) was a Russian stage and film actress. She began her career at the age of 18 at the Vakhtangov Theatre in Moscow.

Alla A. Kazanskaya was designated People's Actress of Russia (1971). She was married to late film director Boris Barnet. Since 1960s she has been teaching an acting class at the Shchukin Theatrical School of Vakhtangov Theatre, and her students were such actors as Sergei Makovetsky, Lyudmila Nilskaya, Yuliya Rutberg, and other Russian actors.
