Sven Olaf Bjarte Høiby (14 November 1936 – 21 March 2007) was the father of Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway. After his daughter married the Crown Prince, he became a national celebrity due to a number of articles in the yellow press, especially Se og Hør.

Sven Olaf Bjarte Høiby (født 14. november 1936 i Kristiansand, død 21. mars 2007 samme sted) var en journalist, reklamemann og forlegger som på sine eldre dager fikk en ny karriere innenfor underholdningsbransjen da hans datter Mette-Marit giftet seg med kronprins Haakon.
