The option to uninstall on the launcher does not exist and doing it through the PC settings just uninstalls the launcher, not the game itself. Just delete the folder you have the game installed in, and use a registry cleaner to tidy things up. My MGLauncher does have the option to "Delete game".
For me (I have the launcher separated from steam) If I find Armoured Warfare in the launcher to the right of the Yellow play button is a black drop down arrow. When I click on it, it gives me options to open the game's containing folder as well as deleting the game and deleting the game's patches.
