Rangpur (/ ˈ r ʌ ŋ p ʊər /, / r ʌ ŋ ˈ p ʊər /; Bengali: রংপুর, romanized: Rongpur, lit. 'City of Colour'), is one of the major cities in Bangladesh and Rangpur Division. Rangpur is located in the northwestern part of Bangladesh.
