  1. She's referring to the idea that Ryan Murphy shows start strong and go off the rails by the end. Which is why I said I think he's more inconsistent then "Strong and then falling apart" as a writer. Though tbh 2020's been hell and mocked since it began. No one expected it to get this bad, though.

  2. 25 de oct. de 2022 · It’s refreshing to see I am not alone in my thoughts on Murphy. I just think so much of his ideas are just fever Dream ideas with no real end goal. He loses sight of what he’s doing midway through. Even the ending of The Watcher, I won’t spoil it but that last episode just kinda threw me for a loop and made me dislike the show as a whole.

  3. 30 de oct. de 2022 · Mike Flanagan has made such shows as: The Haunting of Hill House/Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, Midnight Club. Ryan Murphy has made shows like: American Horror Story/Stories, Dahmer and The Watcher. I prefer Flanagan's. Flanagan's story telling is second to none, in my opinion regardless of genre. If horror wasn't such a niche system that could be ...

  4. 4 de jun. de 2020 · Common denominator in Ryan Murphy shows :: LGBTQ themes. So I have followed enough Ryan Murphy shows (not all though) to realize there are some common patterns in each of his shows. 5. 7 de nov. de 2022 · He better not touch that, Monster (2003) is better than anything Ryan Murphy has ever or will ever make and is an example of how you handle complex subject material like this without glorifying it. Edit: people are replying irked by my use of the word glorify, quite right it's probably the wrong word for this.

  6. 22 de jul. de 2022 · Ryan Murphy is a terrible writer, director, producer, show runner. He is a sloppy, lazy hack with a nauseating sense of style. He relies way too heavily on schlock and shock and is literally unable to create a cohesive narrative. Every story unravels into a bunch of unresolved plot lines that go nowhere and the endings are always a let down.

  7. 24 de oct. de 2023 · Answer: Ryan Murphy is a producer and a director. 8. 6 de jul. de 2023 · Personally, I put him at #1. If you have a Ryan Murphy show under your belt it looks really good though. He is toxic, expects everyone to work their life away etc. But damn you make a butt load of money in overtime. To put it simply; do it once for the experience and everyone you interview with from their will say "Oh, you worked with Ryan Murphy?"

  9. 26 de jul. de 2021 · Nip tuck was one of Ryan Murphy first shows I watched and I was hooked on it until it pretty much went downhill after the whole carver saga, I haven’t seen the rest like glee, Popular, AHS, etc. but they seem promising. Does anyone knows why Ryan Murphy shows went downhill so quickly after three seasons
