ClickUp is great If you need a swiss army knife, a tool that has a huge variety of options to choose from but not high quality options. Clickup as any other app in this category will have some things that will work perfect and others that will not.

29 de mar. de 2021 · ClickUp has some really great features and is suitable for one-man companies (as I am) as well as really big companies with a lot of different teams. I use it mostly for client projects, but I also manage personal tasks with it and use it for the organization of my master thesis etc.
19 de sept. de 2022 · We don’t want you to have to wait on the great new features that are already ready, so we’re releasing as many as we can as soon as we can, but the official restructured 3.0 is going to take a few more months because we really want to get it perfect for you. We think once you see it, you’ll agree it’s worth the wait.
5 de sept. de 2023 · ClickUp 3.0's perfect because, in my experience, it's just got a much better feel. But if you're fine with ClickUp 2.0, you really shouldn't feel like you absolutely need this. It's a few changes, and not much else. - - -. Please don't be creepy on the internet. -lwu877.

Look I love ClickUp and thought they were going to be so customizable and great for my business but they keep just falling short if my minimum requirement. My minimum requirement is to simply have repeating tasks each month that maintain a history of conversation for those tasks.
However, when ClickUp 3.0 was released, I found the new interface less appealing. Despite my preference for 2.0, the switch to 3.0 was eventually enforced for everyone. I particularly dislike the new "bubble look" interface; ClickUp 2.0 was much more streamlined and easier to navigate. The new version requires more clicks, making it more time ...

From that point you can simply update your notification settings. You can also add an automation for a related task and send emails through the ClickUp activity panel.
5 de jul. de 2022 · CLICKUP is better for project management, tasks and teams as that is what it's designed for, Notion is better as a knowledge management tool. I really wanted to use CLICKUP as an all in one tool, but notion is so beautifully designed and flexible that I find whenever I'm taking notes I'm drawn back to it.
