29 de sept. de 2023 · Download JPG from iCloud (Windows) Hello! I always downloaded photos and videos in JPG and MP4 format from iCloud. But now I can download photos only in HEIC and MOV format. If I change the download options, it works only for one file! If I try to download more than one file, I still get a HEIC and MOV.
7 de abr. de 2021 · I'm trying to transfer more than 1000 photos at a time from iCloud to external hard drive. iCloud only let's you do 1000 at a time and I have close to 8000, my wife has 30,000 photos. Even when we try to select 1000 photos, it downloads to a HEIC file, not JPEG. Or the ZIP gets corrupted.

You can use the family shared album to share selected photos between all family members. iCloud Photo Sharing is all Apple has to offer to share photos, but it has many draw backs.

Make sure that "iCloud Photos" is turned off. If it's on, your local photos may not be showing up in the app. You can also check the device settings.
