Dear Community, I am an admin of a small company ("CompanyA") that recently was acquired by another company ("CompanyB"). We already had a M365 tenant in place and registered our Win10 and Win11 devices with that tenant (Entra, not managed by intune) before the merge.

Reset OneDrive Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support then uninstall and reinstall OneDrive. Remove the cached Microsoft account credentials from Windows Credential Manager.

29 de sept. de 2023 · I have noticed that when the option to add an account does not work, what you want to do is select the option to create a new account instead. When you do that, it will give you a different style login window. Enter in your existing account login email address and password and it will finally work.
