Which country is data from Forms stored in? - I would imagine they have different data centres for Forms and likely also tied to the country that your main Microsoft 365 is stored. 3. Is Forms Pro considered sufficiently secure to store patient identifiable data? - again, no longer Forms Pro, but Customer Voice.

Within the Forms app, you will enjoy the same experience as on the Forms website. You can create forms/quizzes, choose questions from AI suggestions and select from a variety of themes.
