These should include people like supervisors, family members, intimate friends, and students. That's a pain to do it manually. How can I quickly retrieve the Semantic Scholar IDs of all my co-authors? (e.g., programmatically or some other tricks)

  2. 12 de ago. de 2021 · I'm using both Semantic Scholar and Google Scholar to keep track of citations to some of my papers. For some papers, I notice that citation counts across these two sites don't match. So, some papers that cite the paper X appear only on Semantic Scholar, or Google Scholar but not on both. What causes this discrepancy?

Follow the steps. 1) Find the article in scholar.google.de 2) Click on one the authors registered in google scholar, this will show the page with all articles of that author 3) Click on the title of the article you want, this will show the profile for the article.

  4. 23 de jul. de 2022 · I tried to search a paper using semanticscholar with exact titles. But it seems that it just treated the title as a list of keywords and gave only irrelevant results.

Extracts publication title, most relevant web link, PDF link, number of citations, number of online versions, link to Google Scholar's article cluster for the work, Google Scholar's cluster of all works referencing the publication, and excerpt of content.   7. 23 de oct. de 2018 · Some papers have the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) which uniquely identify them, some other have an oai identifier (e.g. oai:arXiv.org:1402.3722). Even though I inspected the metadata of different sources like core, microsoft academic, and semantic scholar I couldn't find a unique identifier which is used among all sources of research papers.

  8. 8 de oct. de 2021 · My paper lists 83 articles in the reference section. However, Semantic Scholar only identifies 5 of them. One of the 5 identified references, Jae S. Lim (1986), does not even appear in my article.

If you are interested in citations in arXiv documents, your best bet is probably to extract them from the PDF files using a dedicated tool (Cermine, pdfx or pdfextract for instance), or from the LaTeX sources, by inspecting the .aux files.
