I don't know what was done for a couple of PCs to Sign In successfully at all, but I'm noticing that somehow, this Sign In button is causing freezing of Outlook during initial launch for about 2 minutes, which is unacceptable for my end users.

If you see a caution sign (yellow triangle with an exclamation point) on your Outlook icon, this normally means that the program is not authenticating with the Exchange server and have possibly lost connection.
