Biography by AllMovie. American actor Kenneth MacKenna (born Leo Mielziner in Canterbury, NH) got his start on the stage in 1919. During the late '20s, he began playing leads in a number of silent films and continued through the early '30s, after which, he returned to the stage. Later, he went back to cinema to become a script editor.
