Montreal Children's Theater is a performing arts school that provides classes in acting, musical theater, and other areas of theatrical production. The purpose of these programs is to provide a space for participants to foster self-confidence, self-expression, and emotional awareness.
The Montreal Children's Theatre programs provide avenues of creative and artistic expression for children aged 4 and older. Our sessions work to build self-confidence, emotional awareness and self-expression.

Montreal Children's Theatre. Over 10,000 Montrealers have attended classes at The Children’s Theatre since the school was founded in 1933 by Montreal legends Dorothy Davis and Violet Walters. Many people said a drama school founded in the midst of the Great Depression, by two women no less, would not survive.
