Emma follows in the footsteps of the school’s first Griffiths Chapel Organ Scholar, Max, who joined Salisbury Cathedral School in September 2023. Now Emma, age 10, has also been awarded the scholarship after a practical assessment and an interview with Susie Lamb, Director of Music at Salisbury Cathedral School.

The choristers remained in these premises until 1947 when the school, by then called the Cathedral School, moved to its present home in the bishop's palace (see above).
